With more than 30 years of experience across construction, project leadership and property development, Styleness Properties creates boutique residential developments defined by thoughtful design, exceptional quality and lasting value.
Led by Licensed Builder and Registered Building Practitioner Tony Johnson, every Styleness development is personally guided from site acquisition and due diligence through to planning, construction and completion. Beginning his career as an apprentice carpenter in 1992, Tony has worked across every stage of the industry, combining a builder's attention to detail with a developer's vision for every project.
Having held senior leadership roles with respected organisations including Multiplex and Lateral Estate, Tony believes successful developments are built on careful planning, trusted relationships and an unwavering commitment to quality. As both a property developer and licensed builder, he brings practical experience and a complete understanding of the development process, ensuring every project is guided with confidence from concept to completion.
