Meet Vanessa

Founder & Creative Director

Creating the opportunity for future buyers to imagine themselves living and thriving in your property secures your buyer’s passion and interest. This is exactly the kind of lasting impression we aim to deliver here at Styleness.

It was through my own experience of buying and selling real estate that the idea in 2015 for Styleness was born. Witnessing the transformative result of preparing my own home for sale with intentional styling, combined with my love of interiors set me on a path to where I am today. With over 20 years of knowledge in the property industry, it is now my aim to help clients elevate their property to its highest potential by creating beautiful and functional spaces that connect with their ideal buyer.

I truly believe that preparing a home for sale with thoughtful styling will add value and ensure the best sale price possible is achieved. With a talented team alongside me, we are committed to a hands-on approach when working with clients to transform their homes for sale. Our ethos is based on integrity, quality and attention to detail, infused with our signature contemporary luxe styling to deliver exceptional results every time.

When I’m not in my creative zone, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, three adult children and much-loved fur baby. I also love the opportunity to travel, experience different cultures and immerse myself in the world of interiors wherever I am.

Meet Tony

Property Developer, Licensed Builder & Registered Building Practitioner

Tony began his career in 1992 as an apprentice carpenter. More than three decades later, that same passion for building has evolved into a career spanning construction, property development and business leadership.

Having worked across every stage of the development process, from hands-on construction through to site acquisition, planning and project delivery, Tony combines a practical builder's perspective with a developer's vision. His career includes senior leadership roles with respected organisations including Multiplex and Lateral Estate.

Today, Tony leads the property development division of Styleness, delivering boutique residential developments throughout Sydney with a focus on thoughtful design, quality construction and creating homes that stand the test of time.

Away from work, Tony enjoys spending time with his wife Vanessa, family and friends, travelling and playing golf. He believes true success is measured not only by the projects you complete, but by the relationships you build and the legacy you leave behind.

Meet Ruby

Lead Property Stylist

Ruby is passionate about every step of the property styling process—from the first time she steps into a space, whether it’s empty or partially furnished, to selecting the perfect pieces and seeing it all come together on install day. Turning spaces into beautiful, inviting homes is incredibly rewarding for her.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Ruby at the beach, exploring homeware stores and showrooms for fresh inspiration.

Meet Annalisa

Styling Assistant

Passionate about creating beautiful spaces, Annalisa loves to bring a sense of harmony and balance to the energy of your property. Inspired by the importance of wellbeing, Annalisa enjoys transforming your home and creating the feeling of tranquility and peace.

When she’s not working there is nothing Annalisa loves more than spending time at home with her husband, 3 grown children and her gorgeous whippet Gracie. You might also find Annalisa shaking it up at a salsa dance class.

Meet Caitlin

Junior Property Stylist

Caitlin is passionate about transforming spaces and bringing creativity into every project. She loves the active, fast-paced nature of styling and enjoys seeing a space come together from start to finish. After studying Interior Design, Caitlin moved into property styling in 2023 and quickly found a passion for the ever-changing nature of the industry.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Caitlin spending time at the beach and catching up with friends. She also has a love for baking and enjoys discovering new bakeries for inspiration on her weekends.
