Step by Step Styling Process:
When it comes to selling your home, engaging with a professional property stylist is just as important as finding the right agent to represent your home. The selling of a home becomes a buyer’s home, and styling for that market is key.
Our team of property stylists at Styleness are experts in this field and work closely with the aesthetic of your property and the target market. We come with a buyer’s eye to determine what is needed to capture buyers interest. We provide a fuss-free, efficient and affordable process to save you time and help you achieve the best-selling price.
Our Styling process:
· Quotation – this can be provided in person or via a floorplan and photos. However, to get an accurate price and a feel of what the property needs and to also determine access, we recommended a site visit to visually assess the environment and to determine furniture size.
· Confirmation - You will receive a detailed quote for your property styling package which will include a breakdown of your required hire items, furniture and accessories. Once confirmed, we will book in an installation date.
· Sourcing - we then start selecting the furniture to best suit property, space and target market, following with the required accessories (art, lamps, rugs, vignettes, artwork to enhance and create the perfect atmosphere.
· Installation – on install day, our team will arrive to install all hired items and ensure that everything is put together ready for your property photos and for buyers to inspect the property.
· Check in – we will regularly touch base with you regarding the progress of the sale and if you require anything at all from us. If you feel that your property is not going to be sold within the 6 week hire period, there is the option to extend this hire, which will be charged at a weekly rate following on from your hire period timeframe of 6 weeks. (4 weeks + 2 weeks Free).
· Sale of Property – when your is property sold, we will be in touch to arrange a time for collection of the hired items within your property. This stage can occur within a week of installing the hired items if your property sells quickly, which is the beauty of Property Styling.
· De-stage – our team will arrive to collect all hire items promptly.
· Payment – If paying at settlement time, Your Invoice will be updated to reflect this date (Invoice will remain with the initial due date if or 90 days post install of hired items occurs first).
